1.How can I sign up for Voluptuous?
To register, follow these steps:
At the upper right corner of the page, select SIGN IN / REGISTER.
Activate the REGISTER button.
Enter your information
Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button.
Voluptuous has now registered you.
You may also use your Facebook or Google account.
2. What should I do if I forget my login password?
Please enter your email address and click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You will be sent a link to reset your password.
3. Is the customer service number shown on the website usually busy? How much time do I have to wait?
We sincerely apologise for any trouble this has been caused. Our representatives may be supporting other clients. Please contact us when some time has passed. Your cooperation will help us a lot
4.Will the COD expenses be refunded if I return the products?
No. These are one-time fees that are not refundable.
5.What does the term "assorted colour" mean?
The same design, but various colors and patterns.

1. How can I keep track of my order?
Take the following steps:
If you are a registered client with us, you can always log in to your account to check the progress of your purchase at Voluptuous.
If you are a non-registered client, click on the link to view your order history.
2. I encountered a problem while placing my order. I'm not sure if the order was received. What is the solution for it?
You will receive an email and an SMS verifying each successful order. If the order was not successfully placed, we ask that you place it again.
3. Can I cancel my order?
An order can be cancelled through your Voluptuous account page until it is dispatched. Go to your order history and cancel the order.
If your order has already been dispatched, please contact us via our contact page. We will begin the cancellation procedure.
4. How Do I Return My Placed Order?
Voluptuous accepts order returns within 15 days after delivery.

1. When can you anticipate the shipment?

If any orders are returned, the GST payment will be refunded. The shipping charges will be reimbursed.

If a purchase is cancelled before it is sent, the GST amount and delivery expenses will be refunded.
