How Do I Return The Order I have Placed
Order returns at Voluptuous are accepted within 15 days after delivery.
To place a return order, kindly do the following:
In the Order History section of ‘My Account’, select the Return/Exchange option next to your order.
Fill out your order information on the Track Order page if you are a Guest User. Follow the instructions here.
Select a refund method, enter a reason for the return, and then confirm your request by clicking the Return link. We will make sure that the return request is processed as soon as it is submitted.
How do I return my order, in case I am not having an account with Voluptuous?
- Order returns are accepted within 15 days after delivery. To cancel your order, kindly follow these instructions:
- Fill out your order information on the Track Order page if you are a Guest User.
- Select the “Return/Exchange” option, provide the return reason, select the refund method, and then submit the request.
- We ask you to register with Voluptuous if you decide to have the money refunded to your wallet there. Once you enter your password, the account is immediately established. You may view your wallet balance on the Wallet page by logging in using the email address you used to place your order. The instructions for using a Voluptuous wallet may be found here.
- Once the products are picked up by our courier partner, which will take 3–7 business days, the process of returning the money to the original method of payment will begin. All pre-paid orders that are paid for with debit/credit cards, net banking, or online wallets are eligible for this option.
- Refunding the money to your Voluptuous Wallet is an option. Once the things are picked up by our courier partner, the money will be credited to your Voluptuous wallet.
NOTE– Exchange of briefs, panties, shapewear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece set that contains panties for a variety of reasons, including cleanliness is not going to be accepted undertaking the cleanliness issues
When I try to submit an online return or exchange request, I cannot see the product’s return or exchange link.
- Order returns are accepted within 15 days after delivery. To place a return order, kindly do the following:
- We do not accept the return or exchange of briefs, panties, shapewear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece set that contains panties for a variety of reasons, including cleanliness.
- Within 15 days after the order’s delivery, you may return or exchange it following our return and exchange policy. After 15 days following the order’s delivery, the ability to submit a refund or exchange request will be removed from your account.
I can’t submit a return request.
There are three reasons why the return option isn’t present on the website or mobile application:
- If the order’s delivery status is not indicated. Only until our courier partner has identified the order status as “Delivered” can the return request be processed. The order may not be shown as delivered for up to 24 hours in some circumstances. Please email us at voluptous.in@gmail.com if it has been more than 24 hours since delivery and the return option is still not available.
- Order returns are accepted within 15 days after delivery. Once 15 days have elapsed since delivery, the return option is no longer available.
- We do not accept the return or exchange of opened packets of multi-piece sets that include panties, briefs, panties, or shapewear panties for hygienic reasons.
You just have to include “Requesting for the deletion of my personal information” in the subject line of your correspondence email following the requirements of this privacy policy. Before responding to your request, we shall confirm such demands. Please take notice that the withdrawal of permission will not be implemented retrospectively but rather prospectively.
Regularly, you can examine, amend, add, rectify, or update your personal information.
How can I follow my return?
Once your return order has been picked up and when it has arrived at our warehouse, we will send a confirmation email and SMS. If you request an exchange, you will be notified once more through SMS and email when fresh products are sent to you. When a refund is handled on our end, an email is issued in the case of the refund. For it to appear in your account, it might take up to 48 hours.
How do GST rates for orders differ?
Tax rates may differ based on the city where the order will be delivered and the cost of the goods.
Will the GST amount charged be repaid if I return the order?
The GST payment will be repaid if any orders are returned. The shipping cost will be refunded.
Will the GST amount charged be repaid if I cancel the order?
The GST amount and shipping costs will be reimbursed if any purchase is canceled before it is dispatched.
What circumstances allow me to return or exchange my Voluptuous Botaniqa product?
- The wrong item was shipped
- Delivered was an expired item
- Delivered goods suffered damage- Damaged physically, altered goods, or manipulated packaging
Under what circumstances may Voluptuous Botaniqa Goods not accept requests for returns or replacements?
- Opened, used, or modified goods.
- Absent are the original packaging’s mono boxes, labels, etc.
- After 21 days have passed since the delivery date, a request for a return or replacement is produced.
